We begin with a classic Québec sugar shack experience, the perfect warm and cozy welcome to the region. From there, we travel through gorgeous fall scenery to the welcoming Manoir des Sables in Orford, our home for the next three nights. Nestled among forests, lakes, and sweeping mountain views, this elegant resort offers comfort, serenity, and a truly enchanting autumn backdrop. This evening, enjoy a welcome three-course dinner at the hotel—a wonderful opportunity to relax, settle in, and get acquainted with your fellow travellers.
