Day 1 - Dec 1

Once everyone is comfortably on board, we’ll set off for Quebec and make our first memorable stop at Sucrerie de la Montagne, one of Quebec’s most beloved traditional sugar shacks. Nestled deep within a forest of century-old maple trees, this historic site offers a true step back in time. We will enjoy an included all-you-can-eat traditional Quebecois lunch as well as a guided visit of the maple syrup production facility, where generations-old traditions are still proudly preserved. It’s an authentic celebration of Quebec culture and hospitality you won’t soon forget.

After soaking in the warmth and charm of this unique experience, we’ll continue onward to Quebec City. Upon arrival, we’ll check into the elegant Hotel Clarendon, built in 1870 and recognized as the oldest continuously operating hotel in the city. You’ll have time to settle in and refresh before our included three course dinner at the hotel’s renowned brasserie, Les Mordus, where classic flavors and refined ambiance set the tone for our time in Quebec City. Following dinner, the evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Day 2 - Dec 2

Our day begins with an included plated breakfast at the hotel before meeting our motorcoach for a guided tour of Quebec City with a knowledgeable local guide. Highlights include the Parliament Building, Plains of Abraham, Château Frontenac, and historic Place Royale. This tour includes approximately 30 minutes of walking, so comfortable footwear is recommended.

Around noon, we’ll arrive in the charming Petit Champlain District for lunch on your own and time to explore one of Canada’s prettiest and oldest shopping areas. Cobblestone streets and unique boutiques line Rue du Petit-Champlain—perfect for finding special souvenirs to take home.

After lunch, we’ll travel to the Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré for a guided visit of this beautiful and historic pilgrimage site. Next, we’ll stop at the Albert Gilles Copper Art & Museum, where you’ll learn about the family’s embossed copper tradition and create your own copper Christmas ornament to take home.

We’ll then continue along the St. Lawrence River to the breathtaking Montmorency Falls, offering incredible views and photo opportunities.

After a full day of sightseeing, we’ll return to the hotel to freshen up before heading to our included dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens. Enjoy a three-course traditional Quebecois meal in one of Quebec City’s oldest buildings, dating back to 1675. Following dinner, we’ll return to the hotel, and the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 3 - Dec 3

After our delicious included breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way to Chateau Frontenac for our guided tour at 10am. Experience the Castle Life during a guided tour of this iconic hotel located on one of the most beautiful sites in Quebec City. You will discover the famous people and historical events that have shaped the identity of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac over the years, as well as its architectural development and facelift undergone in recent years.

Once our tour concludes, we’ll meet our motorcoach at the Château Frontenac and travel to The Grand Market. Here, you’ll have time to enjoy lunch on your own and explore this vibrant marketplace that brings together more than 200 local food producers, artisans, and artists. With an incredible selection of 100% locally made products, the market is a wonderful place to browse, sample, and shop for unique Quebec-made goods—for friends, family, or yourself.

We will then head back to Old Quebec where we will spend the afternoon enjoying the German Christmas Markets. It is a magical place that comes to life in the heart of Old Quebec a few weeks before Christmas. Enjoy a atmosphere with beautiful decorations, a great selection of delicious German treats and gifts for all of your loved ones. This is a unique and unforgettable experience that you will never forget!

Lunch and dinner will be on your own today.

Day 4 - Dec 4

This morning, we’ll enjoy our included breakfast before checking out of our hotel at 9:00 a.m. but our Quebec getaway isn’t over yet!

We’ll board our motorcoach and begin the journey home, making a comfort stop along the way before arriving at CF Promenades St-Bruno, an impressive shopping centre owned by the same group as the Toronto Eaton Centre. You’ll have time to grab lunch on your own and enjoy some holiday shopping before we continue on our way.

Now that we’re all set for the holidays, we’ll gather one last time for a relaxing dinner at the McIntosh Inn. Located in the picturesque St. Lawrence Valley in the Eastern Ontario town of Morrisburg, the Inn was established over 30 years ago as “Paddy’s Inn” and served as a gathering spot for locals and travellers alike. Today, it continues to be a destination known for delicious food in a unique and welcoming setting.
