1. Roasted Atlantic Salmon (Adobo-rubbed salmon fillet. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables)

2. Braised Beef Brisket (Braised beef brisket with roasted vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and served with house-made gravy)

3. Chicken Supreme Entree (Oven roasted ½ lb Chicken Supreme with cream sauce, sautéed vegetables & house potatoes)

4. Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegetarian -Butternut squash ravioli, sauteed mushrooms, red onions, & garlic in a light rose sauce with a touch of sage oil. Finished with saved parmesan)

 

Muskoka Steamship Cruise:

1. Roast Turkey with Traditional Stuffing, Gravy, Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

2. 5oz Trout, Compound Butter with Parsley, Dijon, Capers, and Lemon, Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

3. Vegan Stuffed Pepper with rice, black beans, roast corn, onion, tomato, and spices in a pepper sauce served with house made tomato sauce, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

 

For dessert you'll receive a Chef's Choice Dessert with Tea or Coffee
