Your adventure begins as we depart Kingston at 7:30 AM, settling in for a relaxing and picturesque journey through the rolling countryside. Along the way, we'll make comfort stops and enjoy a lunch (on your own) before continuing toward our grand destination.

By late afternoon, we'll arrive at the magnificent Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, a world-class resort perched along the stunning St. Lawrence River. After check-in, take a moment to unwind and soak in the breathtaking views before joining us for a delightful included three-course welcome dinner at Le Saint-Laurent Restaurant. Savor exquisite cuisine in an elegant setting as we toast to a wonderful getaway!

The evening is yours to enjoy as you wish-perhaps a leisurely stroll around the resort, a cocktail on the terrace, or a visit to the Casino de Charlevoix, just steps away, for a little excitement. However, you choose to spend your night, it's the perfect start to an unforgettable trip!

Our wonderful day begins with a delicious included breakfast at your leisure in Le Bellerive, where you can savour your plated meal while enjoying beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River. Take your time, relax, and soak in the peaceful morning atmosphere before we set off on today's unforgettable adventure.

At 11:15 AM, we will depart for Baie-Sainte-Catherine, where we'll board a three-hour guided and narrated whale-watching cruise, complete with an included lunch on board. As we sail through the rich waters of the St. Lawrence, keep your eyes open-you may spot belugas, minke whales, humpbacks, seals, seabirds, and even the majestic blue whale. The experienced naturalist guides will share fascinating insights into the marine life and the unique environment of this world-renowned region, making the experience both thrilling and enriching.

After returning to the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, the rest of your afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy. You may wish to relax in the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, unwind in the hot tubs overlooking the river, or treat yourself to a spa treatment for a little extra indulgence. Scenic walking paths weave around the property offering beautiful viewpoints, and the resort's inviting lounges provide a perfect place to settle in with a drink and admire the landscape. Today has been set aside just for you to relax, explore, and enjoy the resort exactly as you wish. On previous tours, many guests told us they wanted more time to fully enjoy the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu and its incredible amenities-so we've listened, and this year we've built in a full free day for you to make the most of your stay.

Begin with a delicious included breakfast at your leisure, taking in the fresh Charlevoix air and the sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River. With no scheduled activities throughout the day, you are free to shape your time exactly as you like. You may wish to unwind by the indoor or outdoor pools, soak in the hot tubs overlooking the river, or treat yourself to a rejuvenating spa treatment (at an additional cost). The resort's scenic walking paths offer peaceful strolls and breathtaking vistas, while its lounges provide inviting spaces to relax with a book, a drink, or simply some quiet moments.

If you feel like exploring, the surrounding region offers charming villages, local artisans, scenic lookouts, and beautiful shoreline walks. And for those seeking a bit of excitement, the Casino de Charlevoix-just steps from the hotel-offers gaming, entertainment, and a lively atmosphere.

This evening, we'll gather together once again for a delicious three-course Farewell Dinner at the resort, a perfect opportunity to share stories, laughter, and highlights from our time in beautiful Charlevoix. After dinner, the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy as you wish-whether that means relaxing at the resort, taking a nighttime stroll, or returning to the casino for a little more fun.

Our unforgettable getaway may be coming to an end, but there is still one last wonderful day ahead! This morning, enjoy a leisurely included breakfast at Le Bellerive, where you can savour your meal while taking in the beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River.

After breakfast, we'll check out at 9:00 AM and begin our journey toward Quebec City, a destination unlike any other in North America. As the only fortified walled city north of Mexico, Quebec City proudly holds UNESCO World Heritage status, with its cobblestone streets, centuries-old architecture, and unmistakable old-world charm.

We'll stop in the heart of Old Quebec's Petit Champlain District, a picture-perfect neighbourhood filled with boutiques, artisan shops, and cozy cafés. Stroll the narrow pedestrian streets lined with historic stone buildings, browse for unique finds, and enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many inviting eateries throughout the district.

After our visit, we'll board our motorcoach and begin the journey home, making comfortable rest stops along the way. Sit back, relax, and reminisce about the stunning scenery, memorable experiences, and special moments shared on this wonderful adventure. We will stop at the McIntosh Inn for an included delicious buffet dinner before the final stretch home.
