Join us today as we visit two of Ottawa's most iconic museums!
We'll spend time at the Canadian War Museum, who welcome 500,000 visitors every year! We'll make a quick stop at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and there will be time to grab lunch on your own before we make our way through Canada's most popular museum, the Canadian History Museum! We'll finish our day at the Mandarin with a fabulous buffet dinner.

Depart from Kingston at 7:00 am. Along the way we'll make brief stops in Gananoque and Brockville to pick up other passengers travelling with us. A comfort stop will be made along the way this morning.

We'll arrive at The Canadian War Museum is Canada’s national museum of military history and explores the high price of conflict through unique architectural features, rare vehicles, artillery, uniforms, medals, remarkable stories, archives, works of art, compelling exhibitions, and spaces for quiet reflection.

At 11:45 we'll depart the Canadian War Museum we'll make a quick stop at the National War Memorial and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to pay our respects.

We'll arrive at the CF Rideau centre at 1:00 pm, you'll have until 2:30 pm (90 min.) to grab something to eat at one of the restaurants.

Our time at the Canadian Museum of History begins! Take in the beauty of this architectural gem and its spectacular setting on the banks of the Ottawa River. Focusing on the histories and cultures of what is now Canada, the Canadian Museum of History explores 15,000 years of indigenous and Canadian history and is one of the oldest public institutions in Canada.

We'll depart the Canadian History Museum and make our way to the Mandarin for Dinner

Buffet dinner at Mandarin in Kanata. Following dinner, we'll continue our journey home.
