Indulge in classics like maple-smoked ham, baked beans, tourtière, fluffy omelettes, fresh bread, and-of course-pure maple syrup served the old-fashioned way. The meal is accompanied by lively traditional music and warm, engaging entertainment, along with a hands-on display showing how maple sugar is made. You might even be invited to join in the fun and play the spoons with the entertainers!

Throughout the day, the International Blues Festival continues to animate the entire resort area, with musicians performing on open-air stages tucked into plazas, patios, and corners of the pedestrian village. With most shows being completely free to attend, you can stroll from stage to stage at your leisure, catching everything from soulful acoustic sets to high-energy blues-rock performances. There is truly music everywhere - drifting through the streets, echoing from balconies, and giving the whole village a joyful summer energy.
The colourful pedestrian village offers plenty of fun ways to spend your day between shows.
