December 2, 2025

We'll begin our getaway with an early morning pick up in Belleville at 7:00am. From there, we'll continue along picking up other passengers in Kingston, Gananoque, and Brockville.

Once everyone is on board, we will make our way to Sucrerie de la Montagne in Quebec. We will enjoy our included all you can eat traditional Quebec lunch and personalized visit of their maple syrup production facility around 11:00am. Located in a forest of century-old maple trees, this sugar shack offers its customers a real experience into the past of Canadian history. After experiencing an authentic Quebecois celebration, we will continue our journey to Quebec City.

We will check into The Hotel Clarendon around 5:15pm; built in 1870, it is the oldest operating hotel in the city. Please join us at 6:00pm for a three course welcome dinner at the Hotel Clarendon's notable Brasserie, Les Mordus. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

December 3, 2025

Our day will begin with a delicious included plated breakfast at our hotel. Next, our motorcoach will meet us and we will disembark on a fun and educational tour of Quebec City hosted by a local guide. On our tour we will see several historic sites including the Parliament Building, the Plains of Abraham, the Chateau Frontenac and Place Royale. There will be 30 minutes of walking on this tour; make sure to wear some comfy shoes!

At 12:00pm our group will arrive at the Petit Champlain District for lunch on our own. Along with amazing restaurants, this area offers one of the prettiest streets in Canada and is also one of the oldest shopping districts in North America. Adorable shops line Rue du Petit-Champlain selling countless items - leave room in your suitcase for some treats to take home with you.

At 1:15pm, our motorcoach will pick us up and take us on a tour up the St. Lawrence River to the stunning Montmorency Falls. The large waterfall on the Montmorency River in Quebec serves as the perfect photo-op!

Next, we will visit the Albert Gilles Copper Art & Museum and discover how a passionate craftsman and now 5 women in his family continue the tradition of embossed copper. Their workshop has decorated more than 35 churches across North America, including the doors of the Basilica of Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre, our next stop!

For over 350 years, people of all ages have been gathering at the Basilica dedicated to Sainte Anne, the grandmother of Jesus. Our tour will educate us on the history of this beautiful religious site.

After our full day of touring, we will make our way back to our hotel to freshen up before we board our bus at 6:45 pm for our included dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens. Sit back and enjoy your three course traditional Quebecois meal in one of Quebec City's oldest buildings, dating back to 1675. After dinner, we will return to the hotel and the rest of the evening is yours to explore on your own.

December 4, 2025

This morning our plated breakfast is included at the Hotel Clarendon. We will have a relaxing morning before joining our group to enjoy our afternoon in Quebec City.

We will make our way to Chateau Frontenac for our guided tour at 10:00am. Experience the Castle Life during a guided tour of this iconic hotel located on one of the most beautiful sites in Quebec City. You will discover the famous people and historical events that have shaped the identity of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac over the years, as well as its architectural development and facelift undergone in recent years.

Once our tour is over, our motorcoach will pick us up at Chateau Frontenac and take us to The Grand Market to pick up some locally sourced and handmade treats to take home with us. The Grand Market brings together more than 200 food companies, artisans and artists. This market offers 100% locally made gifts for your friends and family - and maybe you will even find something for yourself!

We will then head back to Old Quebec where we will spend the afternoon enjoying the German Christmas Market. It is a magical place that comes to life in the heart of Old Quebec a few weeks before Christmas. As you enter this European inspired market, you will find a warm atmosphere with beautiful decorations, a great selection of delicious German treats and gifts for all of your loved ones. This is a unique and unforgettable experience that you will never forget!

December 5, 2025

This morning, we will enjoy our included breakfast before checking out of our hotel at 9:30am. Our adventures in Quebec are not over yet! We will board our motorcoach and make our way to Chocolaterie La Cabosse D'or which offers us a delightful journey into the world of traditional Belgian chocolate. We will have time to shop and visit their boutique with over a hundred unique handmade confections to sample and bring home to enjoy throughout the holiday season.

Afterwards, we will visit CF Promenades St-Bruno (same owners as the Toronto Eaton Centre). We will have some time for some holiday shopping and lunch on our own before continuing our journey home.

Now that we are all set for the holidays, we will enjoy our last meal together and relax at the McIntosh Inn. Located in the picturesque St. Lawrence Valley in the Eastern Ontario town of Morrisburg, the Inn was established over 30 years ago as "Paddy's Inn" and was the gathering spot for locals and travellers to the community. Today, the Inn continues to be a destination offering delicious food in a unique setting.

After our included dinner this evening, we will board our motorcoach and make our way home.
