We'll depart from Belleville at 9:00 a.m., heading east through scenic countryside toward Ottawa's historic ByWard Market, where you'll have time to enjoy some lunch (on your own) surrounded by the vibrant shops, cafés, and artisans that make the district so iconic.
After lunch, we continue to Fairmont Le Château Montebello, arriving around 3:00 p.m. Take time to unwind - perhaps with a refreshing swim in the heated indoor pool or by joining fellow travelers for s'mores by the bonfire. This evening, gather for a welcome dinner included at the hotel, where fine cuisine and warm hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay.

After a delicious included breakfast, join us for an optional guided excursion to Parc Omega, a spectacular 12-kilometre wildlife park in Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours. Travel through forests, lakes, and meadows as you encounter moose, elk, wolves, bears, and bison from the comfort of a guided coach - a true Canadian safari experience!
Prefer to relax? Stay at the resort and enjoy its many amenities: swim in the heated pool, walk the beautiful riverside grounds, cozy up by the fire with a good book, or indulge in a rejuvenating spa treatment. Dinner this evening is on your own.

Start your day with another sumptuous included breakfast. Today's optional excursion takes you to the peaceful Monastery of the Virgin Mary the Consolatory, where nuns craft exquisite cheeses, breads, and artisanal foods following traditional recipes. Sample their creations and learn about their serene way of life. Afterwards, we will visit their gift shop and bring home some delicious treats.
If leisure is more your style, enjoy a restful day at the resort - perhaps a spa treatment, a riverside stroll, or a quiet afternoon by the fire.
This evening, we reunite for a special farewell dinner at the hotel, celebrating our final night in beautiful Montebello.
March 4, 2026
After enjoying our included breakfast, we will check out of our beautiful resort at 10:30 a.m. and begin our leisurely journey home. Sit back and take in the lovely scenery as we travel toward Morrisburg, where a delicious included buffet lunch awaits you at the McIntosh Inn.
Following lunch, we continue toward Kingston, carrying with us warm memories of a relaxing and luxurious Montebello getaway.
