Join us for an unforgettable day as we cruise through the heart of Ontario cottage country on the world’s highest hydraulic liftlock in Peterborough! Marvel at the engineering wonder as our boat rises sky-high and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the Kawarthas on this two-hour sightseeing cruise filled with scenic views, fresh air, and photo opportunities galore.
After the cruise, we’ll sit down to a mouthwatering meal at Jack’s Family Restaurant—famous for its homestyle cooking and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every dish is made from scratch right on site, so you can expect fresh flavours, generous portions, and a true taste of comfort before we journey home.

We have four convenient locations available to board the bus during this getaway. Please make sure to arrive at your pick up location roughly 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Lunch at Jack's Family Restaurant:
Lunch will be included on this getaway. The restaurant has asked us to have passengers preselect their meal at the time of booking. Each meal will include an entree, drink (Pop, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee, or Tea), and a Homemade Dessert.

7:30 am
We'll begin our day with a 7:30am departure from Kingston making brief stops along the way in Napanee, Belleville, and Cobourg. Once everyone is on board, we'll continue onward to Peterborough.
10:00 am
We'll arrive at Liftlock Cruises around 10:00am and board the ship for our cruise.
12:00 pm
Following the cruise, we'll head to Jack's Family Restaurant for our included lunch.
2:15 pm
After lunch is over, we'll board the bus and begin our journey home.

We'll arrive back in Kingston around 4:45pm after dropping off the other passengers along the way.
