We have four convenient locations available to board the bus during this getaway. Please make sure to arrive at your pick up location roughly 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.

• Balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

• Refunds are not available within 60 days of travel.

Rain Out Policy:

Should the Cup Race be delayed for rain or any other reason, we will remain at the race until it restarts. If the Cup Race is postponed to the following day we will be staying for the race then departing for home immediately after the race has ended.

 

Example: If the Saturday night race is delayed for 2 hours due to rain, we will stay until the race is finished. If the race is cancelled on Saturday and rescheduled for Sunday, we will stay for the race then depart immediately after. If the race is delayed more than the following day, we will not stay. There are no refunds or credits for unseen events.

 

Insurance:

McCoy Getaways strongly recommends purchasing Cancellation Insurance for multi-day tours. Manulife Insurance is available for sale through McCoy Getaways agents. You are more than welcome to purchase insurance elsewhere if you wish.
