  • Deposits are refundable until March 19, 2025

  • Final payment is due by June 20, 2025

  • For the comfort of fellow passengers, kindly refrain from using scented products and perfumes.

  • If you have any food allergies we should be aware, please let us know during the time of booking.

  • This tour is offered in conjuction with Collete Tours.

Insurance:

Collette's travel protection plan is included with this package and covers you on tour. If you have to stop your trip or return home early, need medical assistance or evacuation, suffer a baggage loss or delay; or are delayed on tour for 12 hours or more, you're covered.

Air Schedules & Seating Requests:

  • Air schedules will be secure and shared with passengers closer to the trips departure.

  • Some airlines allow Collette to assign seats, but not all. For those airlines that do, Collette will take requests (aisle, middle, window). These requests are never guaranteed, and can be changed by the airline at any time.

  • IATA (International Air Transport Association) mandate 830d requires Collette to ask if travelers give permission for us to relay their email and/or mobile number to the airline. The guest has the right to refuse.  The airline wants this information in order to communicate schedule changes starting at 72 hours prior to departure and throughout the duration of the tour. Additionally, this will help assist with contact tracing on the flights.

  • There are many factors that go into booking group air.  Collette uses all major carriers, contracting the best schedule for each tour.  Airlines have full control on types of seats, location of seats, and schedules.  Group air seating is often determined by the airline and guests may not be able to access their file to choose their own seats. Advance seating is subject to the airline's terms and conditions and there is a chance you might not know your seats until check in. Collette works closely with each airline to fulfil group needs within their contracts.  If you are interested in upgrading from economy seating, please note that you may be on a different schedule from the group and will be responsible for additional fees.  Please contact us prior to final payment if you would like to upgrade your airfare. The sooner Collette is advised of any upgrade request the better chance we have to obtain the upgrades at a reasonable cost.

Collette Notes:

The overall activity level of this tour is a level 3. This means you’re an on-the-go traveller. You don’t want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (2-3 hours) isn’t a big deal. A moderately paced two-and-a-half-hour walking tour, covering several miles, hills, and uneven surfaces, is no problem for you. Walking four miles over the course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation (tuk-tuk, cable car, zodiac, etc.). You can climb three flights of stairs easily and handle altitudes between 6,000 and 9,000 feet. Expect some longer days with early mornings or late nights balanced with free time to recharge or set out on your own adventure. This level is not a fit for travellers who require mobility assistance devices. In particular, your visits of Monaco, the Gardens of Villa Rothschild and St. Paul de Vence village involve negotiating some steep inclines over cobblestones, gravel or multiple flights of steps. Some of the most unique sightseeing can mean accessing locations that restrict motor coaches, especially in historic areas such as the Old Town of Nice, Monaco, Saint-Honorat Island and St. Paul de Vence. For your comfort, we recommend bringing walking shoes. If you require a walker or wheelchair, or have difficulty walking, you may not be able to access some of these areas and may want to consider an alternate program with us. Our Client Care Agents can provide additional information or assistance to help you determine the perfect trip for you.

If you require any special assistance while on tour, please make us aware at time of reservation so the necessary request form can be sent to your attention.

*The Little Train tour operates from February to mid-November. In the other months, travellers selecting this choice will transfer to the Monte Carlo district by public bus.

**The Saint-Honorat Island cruise operates weather permitting, is dependent on sea conditions, and is only available from April to October. Tours from November through the end of March will visit an alternate winery.

Single accommodations are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Single rate subject to change based on availability.

To complete your tour, we include roundtrip airport-to-hotel transfers when purchasing our airfare with your tour. If you have arranged for your own air, we are pleased to provide you the option of purchasing these transfers. Please note that all transfers will leave at pre-scheduled times.

For air-inclusive reservations, the name provided at time of booking must match your government-issued ID that will be used during travel. Name changes are subject to penalties.

Please be advised many airlines do not provide advance seat assignments until check-in at the airport. Advance seating will be subject to the airline's terms and conditions.
