It’s Baseball Season and we are off to The Big Apple, New York City! Our group will be travelling to watch the Toronto Blue Jays play the New York Yankees in the city that never sleeps. You'll enjoy a comfortable stay at The Marriott Marquis which is just steps away from Times Square.

 

Yankee Stadium (opened in 2009), is situated in the heart of the Bronx, and stands as a modern marvel and the proud home of the New York Yankees. With its state-of-the-art facilities and captivating design, this stadium continues to be the epicenter of baseball greatness, preserving a tradition of excellence for fans and athletes alike. You'll be able to learn about the Yankees celebrated history and 27 World Series Championships at the stadium's Museum and Monument Park.

Whether you choose to visit its landmarks or take a leisurely walk along the High Line and Brooklyn Heights Promenade, you're in for a great experience. If you'd like to go to a second game on Sunday, April 27th, you can add this on at checkout. A minimum of 10 people must purchase the optional second game for us to offer this game and provide transportation to the stadium.

 

DIGITAL TICKETS:

Please note that tickets to this event are digital and must be displayed on a smartphone. You cannot print the tickets at home and bring a paper copy.

 

Package Cost:

This getaway includes a three-night stay at the Marriott Marquis steps away from Times Square. The prices shown below are the all-in prices (per person) for the tour package including the ticket to Saturday's game at Yankee stadium, transportation and accommodations. If you would like to go to the second game on Sunday, it is an additional $100 per person.

We have four convenient locations available to board the bus during this getaway. Please make sure to arrive at your pick up location roughly 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Rain Out Policy

Should the baseball game be delayed for rain or any other reason, we will remain at the stadium until it restarts. If the game is postponed to the following day we will go to the rescheduled game on Sunday. There are no refunds or credits for unforseen events.

 

Notes:

• A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.

• Balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

• Refunds are not available within 60 days of travel.

• Regular stops will be made for comfort breaks and meals.

• Proper Identification is required to enter the U.S.A. - Passport.

• A minimum number of passengers must book the optional second baseball game to secure group rate pricing tickets

• For the comfort of fellow passengers, kindly refrain from using scented products and perfumes.

• If you have any food allergies we should be aware, please let us know during the time of booking.

• Tipping for driver and escort is at your discretion.

 

Outdoor Event:

Please be prepared for all weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing and materials. Example: rain gear, umbrella, sun hat, sunscreen, etc. McCoy Getaways will be unable to provide refunds for any unforeseen weather event(s).

 

Insurance:

McCoy Getaways strongly recommends purchasing Cancellation & Emergency Medical Insurance for multi-day or out of country tours. Manulife Insurance is available through McCoy Getaways.

 

Activity Level - 3/3:

Must be able to walk longer distances possibly on uneven or inclined surfaces and climb stairs. We do not recommend this getaway for those who require walking assistance.
