Once everyone is on board, our first stop will be the renowned Sucrerie de la Montagne, a true Quebecois sugar shack nestled in a picturesque maple forest. Our included lunch is a traditional all-you-can-eat feast of maple-glazed ham, baked beans, fresh bread, omelets, and local music. Discover the fascinating process of maple syrup production and soak in the rustic charm of this heritage site.

After our delicious lunch together, we will continue our journey to Quebec City, and check into the historic Hotel Clarendon, a charming and elegant landmark dating back to 1870. Located in the heart of Old Quebec, this beautiful hotel combines history with modern comfort, providing the perfect base for our stay.

That evening, we will gather for an included delicious three-course welcome dinner in the hotel's elegant restaurant, where you'll enjoy classic French-inspired cuisine. The rest of the night is yours to explore the magic of Old Quebec! Stroll through the cobblestone streets, admire the twinkling lights, or stop for a nightcap at one of the city's many cozy bistros.

After our included breakfast at the hotel, we will board our bus and embark on a captivating three-hour guided tour of Quebec City. Our expert step-on guide will bring history to life as we explore some of the city's most iconic sites, including The Plains of Abraham where we will stand on the site of the famous 1759 battle that shaped Canadian history. We will also visit Parliament Hill to admire the grandeur of Quebec's political heart and its stunning architecture. Finally, we will end our tour in the Petit Champlain District which is North America's oldest commercial district, where cobblestone streets, charming boutiques, and quaint cafes transport you to another era. Here we will enjoy lunch on our own in the delightful Petit Champlain area, where a variety of restaurants and cafés offer everything from traditional poutine to gourmet French fare.

Later, in the afternoon, we will board the bus and head down to the majestic St. Lawrence river to set sail together. Our included scenic cruise offers breathtaking panoramic views of Quebec City, the Château Frontenac, Montmorency Falls, and Île d'Orléans. Sit back and relax as we glide through history and natural beauty on this unforgettable sightseeing experience.

After our cruise, the bus will bring us back to the Hotel Clarendon. The remainder of the evening is yours to explore at your leisure. Enjoy dinner on your own at one of Quebec's culinary gems; choose from a cozy bistro, a fine-dining restaurant, or a traditional French brasserie, whatever strikes your fancy.

After our delicious included breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and depart at 8:45 AM for our guided tour of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica, a revered pilgrimage site known for its miraculous healings and stunning architecture and stained glass windows.

Next, we will visit the Albert Gilles Copper Museum, where we'll discover the fascinating art of copper embossing. Owned and operated by the wife and daughters of Albert Gilles, we will watch as a family member demonstrates this centuries-old craft, showcasing beautifully detailed religious and cultural pieces.

Our final sightseeing stop is the breathtaking Montmorency Falls which stands at 83 meters tall and is nearly 100 feet taller than Niagara Falls and a strategic lookout during the war of 1812!

We'll stop for lunch on our own before beginning our journey home.

Later, we will enjoy a farewell buffet dinner at the historic McIntosh Inn in Morrisburg, where we'll share memories and delicious food before arriving home.
