Myrtle Beach

Day 1

We'll begin our journey with a 6:30 am departure from Belleville. We'll make brief stops along the way in Napanee, Kingston, and Belleville to pick up other passengers in our group.

Once everyone is on board, we will begin our journey south! We will be making comfort stops along the way including the Duty Free and lunch on your own.

We will arrive at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Winchester in Virginia around 5:00pm. After checking in, dinner will be on your own this evening; there are several dinner options close to our hotel.

The rest of the evening is yours to relax.

Day 2

This morning your breakfast is included at the hotel.

We will be checking out at 7:30am and heading to Myrtle Beach! There will be comfort stops along the way including lunch on your own.

Once we arrive in North Myrtle Beach, we will head to Original Benjamin's for our included dinner. A family tradition since 1986, this restaurant serves fresh local seafood daily. Their buffet is world-famous for introducing the Myrtle Beach area to cooking seafood Calabash style (lightly battered and deep fried).

After dinner, we will drive up the street to the Beach Cove Resort where we will call home for the next 4 nights. Once we check in, the rest of the night is yours to explore this beautiful oceanfront property. At this resort you can enjoy fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean and all of the familiar comforts of home. Amenities are plentiful and include three outdoor pools, oceanfront whirlpools, kiddie pool and a 350-foot lazy river, all surrounded by lush landscaping. Indoor water features allow for relaxation in the whirlpool and pool.

Day 3

Start your mornings off right each morning at Tradewinds Café. This oceanfront eatery at Beach Cove Resort is open every morning with a full Southern-style breakfast buffet. We will enjoy our included breakfast buffet and have a relaxing morning before heading to out on our Barefoot Queen Lunch Cruise.

We will board at 11:00am and enjoy a relaxing and beautiful cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway with 2 interior heated/cooled levels and 3 outdoor deck spaces. North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand of South Carolina is rich in history and known for its beautiful waterways. This is the perfect place to enjoy stunning views, music and fabulous cocktails.

After our cruise, we will have some time to relax at our resort before enjoying our included dinner at the Chesapeake House. This restaurant is a Myrtle Beach family seafood tradition since 1971. Family owned and operated for over 50 years, The Chesapeake House has a long history of serving up fresh local seafood and USDA steaks that has kept guests and locals coming back year after year. From their scenic waterfront views, homemade salad dressing, Uncle Bill's famous fish stew, and their world-famous cinnamon rolls made fresh daily in their bakery, your evening will be one to remember.

After dinner, we will board our motorcoach and drive to the Wonders Illusion Theatre to see the Charles Bach Wonders Show. A world-class show of magic, dance, comedy & grand illusion. Charles Bach Wonders is an incredible experience showcasing magic, dance and comedy for all ages. International Illusionist Charles Bach has performed on the hit show Penn & Teller Fool Us, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and toured over 55 countries. Get ready to be amazed!

Once the show is over, our coach will take us back to our resort where we can relax for the rest of the evening.

Day 4

After our included breakfast buffet at the hotel this morning, we will make our way to the town of Calabash. At 10:00am we will board our boat and head out on the waters as we search for dolphins! This cruise is a wonderful experience for all ages.

Once our cruise is over, we will enjoy lunch on our own in Calabash. This coastal North Carolina town is known as "The seafood capital of the world," and for a good reason! Starting in the mid-twentieth century, Calabash was known for serving delicious seafood with a flavor only found in the town. Today, Calabash is a seaside town with friendly locals, unique shops, and a relaxed feel. Let's explore this hidden gem!

After lunch we will have some time to shop at Callahan's of Calabash. This unique specialty shop features brand-name apparel and décor as well as a variety of beach-themed nautical gifts in the sprawling 35,000 square foot space. St. Nick Nacks Christmas Shop is located inside Callahan's and includes more than 100 decorated trees and 4 million ornaments.

Now that we've worked up an appetite, we will drive to Joe's Bar & Grill for our included dinner. Joe's Bar & Grill has been serving up high-quality dishes and drinks to locals and tourists alike for more than 30 years. The ambiance is cozy with an upscale hunting cabin vibe. The first floor features a living room-like area with couches and a fireplace and a deck bar that overlooks the saltwater marsh.

After a delicious meal, we will take a short drive to the Alabama Theatre for our show at 7:00pm. The Alabama Theatre is proud to have been voted the Best Live Entertainment Theater in Myrtle Beach by both visitors and locals numerous times. The shows remain on the cutting edge of entertainment technology by adding new scenic, video, and sound elements to all of their shows.

After a jam-packed day, we will head back to the resort for a good night's rest.

Day 5

This morning, we will enjoy our included breakfast at the Beach Cove Resort.

You are more than welcome to relax at the resort this morning or feel free to join us on an optional shopping excursion. At 10:00am we will board our coach and head to the Tanger Outlets. You will find great savings on designer and name brand merchandise. After a couple of hours of checking out some great shops, we will head to Barefoot Landing. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, it is one of the most unique & popular shopping, dining & entertainment destination in Myrtle Beach. Lunch will be on your own at one of the many restaurants located at Barefoot Landing.

At 1:30pm we will make our way back to our hotel. You will have some time at the resort to relax before we head back out at 3:15pm. We will meet the whole group and drive south to Brookgreen Gardens.

Founded in 1931, the space offers a unique melding of art, nature, and history. Brookgreen has been a cultural center for the community and is a must see while visiting Myrtle Beach. See the gardens come to life amid the soft glow of more than 2,700 hand-lit candles and millions of sparkling lights. Walk the paths with a warm cup of cider, hear the sounds of holiday music, and celebrate the season with family and friends!

At 6:30pm we will enjoy our included dinner at Bubba's Fish Shack. Lively, family-friendly shack serving Southern seafood favorites in rustic, maritime-themed digs. Surfside's hidden gem for a delicious down home style seafood, a trip to Bubba's is a must for locals and visitors alike. With hospitality that is undeniably warm and inviting set in a Southern Coastal atmosphere complete with a front porch and ocean view, the trip there is almost as good as the food!

Once our meal is complete, we will board our coach and drive to the Boardwalk's Winter Wonderland. Stretching along the Atlantic Ocean, this renovated 1.2-mile boardwalk is home to the famous SkyWheel, arcades, souvenir stands, restaurants and more. Featuring a lights display along a gorgeous mile of oceanfront area along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Winter Wonderland at The Beach is a one-of-a-kind event you won't want to miss. You and your family can soak in the holiday cheer while hearing the sounds of crashing waves and jingle bells.

Once we have seen all of the beautiful lights, we will make our way back to the resort for a relaxing evening on our own.

Day 6

We will wake up early this morning to enjoy our last included breakfast at our resort. At 8:00am, we will check out of our hotel and begin our journey north.

There will be comfort stops along the way including lunch on your own.

We will arrive and check in at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Winchester in Virginia around 5:00pm. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Day 7

Our breakfast is included this morning at our hotel. After checking out at 8:00am, we will continue our journey home. There will be comfort stops along the way including the Duty Free and lunch on your own.

We'll arrive back in Bellevillle around 7:30pm after dropping off the other passengers along the way.
