Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York, is a truly amazing entertainment destination. Unwind during the day at a full-service spa or take in a round of golf. Nightlife comes alive at Turningstone with Las Vegas-style gaming, slot machines, table games, high stakes Bingo, 5,000 seat event centre, New York style nightclub, county dancehall, and rock 'n' roll club.
If you like to shop, we will be offering an optional visit to Destiny USA. Shop till you drop, indulge at the Cheese Cake Factory, and even take a ride on an antique carousel.
Pick-Up Locations & Times:
Kingston - McCoy Getaways Office - 8:30 AM
Gananoque - Car pool lot by the casino - 9:00 AM
Day 1
We'll begin our getaway at 8:30 AM when we depart from the McCoy Getaways office in Kingston. If prearranged, we'll make a quick stop in Gananoque to pickup the remainder of our group before continuing onward to Turning Stone. We will stop at the Duty Free Store prior to our border crossing into the United States. Once into the United States, we will continue our journey on I-81 towards Watertown where we will do a lunch stop at the Cracker Barrell restaurant (not included). Upon arrival at Turningstone Casino we will check in for our two night stay. The remainder of your evening is free to enjoy on your own.
Day 2
After some leisure time at the casino this morning we will depart at 10:30 AM for Destiny USA shopping. As one of the largest shopping malls in the USA you are sure to find some amazing deals. Don't forget to take a ride on the antique carousel. We will depart the mall at 4:00 PM to return back to the casino. The remainder of your evening is free.
Day 3
After some leisure time at the casino this morning we will depart at 1:00 PM and begin our journey home. We will make another stop and the Duty Free Store prior to our border crossing. Let's hope you hit the jackpot with McCoy Getaways.
